Polish starlet Przemyslaw Pawlicki cruised into the Polish Championship semi-finals after finishing joint top of the scorechart in the quarter final at Grudziadz on Thursday.

The Leszno star, who has agreed terms with Poole in the British Elite League, tallied 12 points along with Artur Mroczka and Norbert Kosciuch to reach the last 32.

Krystian Pieszczek qualified on 11, while former SGP regular Grzegorz Walasek and Bydgoszcz wild card Krzysztof Buczkowski made it on 10. World Under-21 finalists Bartosz Zmarzlik and Piotr Pawlicki snatched the last of the eight places on nine points.

Torun battler Adrian Miedzinski continued his stunning start to 2013 by winning the Pila round on 14 points. Ex-SGP rider Sebastian Ulamek went through on 12 and Czestochowa’s Miroslaw Jablonski scored 11. Rzeszow racer Rafal Okoniewski, Michal Szczepaniak and Zielona Gora sensation Patryk Dudek all tallied 10.

Adam Skornicki got through on nine, while Piotr Protasiewicz survived a run-off with Mikolaj Curylo to progress on eight.

Leszno rider Grzegorz Zengota topped the scorechart with former Grand Prix rider Janusz Kolodziej on 13 points at the Lublin quarter final.

Dawid Lampart progressed on 11 and Maciej Kuciapa notched 10. Ex-world No.4 Rune Holta and Pawel Hlib bagged nine points and 2011 World Under-21 champion Maciej Janowski and Karol Baran saw off Kamil Adamczewski in a run-off to sneak through on eight.

Zbigniew Suchecki topped the scorechart in Opole on 12 points. Damian Balinski and Marcin Rempala followed him into the semis on 11. World Under-21 finalist Tobias Musielak went through on 10, along with Piotr Swiderski, Krzysztof Jablonski and Mateusz Szczepaniak. Daniel Pytel snatched the last berth on nine.

The semi-finals take place at Krosno and Krakow on June 20.
